Using Google Docs Effectively With Your Team Members - Freebie Friday

When you work with team members, it’s inevitable that at some point you will have a problem sending and receiving or tracking changes in a Word or text document or spreadsheet. Normally this will happen right about the time you need something ASAP.

I don't personally use Google Docs, but it comes highly recommended by a few of the people I work closely with. Google Docs is free to use and allows you and your assistants to create, edit and manage documents without the hassle of sending emails that don’t get delivered for reasons such as spam filters or size restrictions.

All you need is a Google account, which is also free to create. For those with an Adsense or Gmail account, you already have a Google account and just need to add Google Docs to it.
