FAQ Update: Why Am I Attracting Freebie Seekers?

I get a lot of questions from people asking how to deal with people on their lists who refuse to spend money or are only around for the free stuff. There is a way to handle situations such as these and you can find out how by visiting the most recent addition to the FAQ section.

That was a very good answer to the question. Since I'm new to all this, however, I know that some people (myself included) sign up for the free things with the intention of purchasing when things start moving in their business and they start earning money. Is there a learning curve to progressing to a point where you can afford to spend the money on items that will help your business grow?

Great question Mara for a business-related list. In the case of someone being new and testing out the waters, that's fine...but all business requires investment into tools, learning materials, etc. That's why the list owner is responsible for showing you what things are worth buying and even what's worth avoiding. It's all in the way the list owner communicates with their readers.

And the reality is, most of the people on a newsletter list will NEVER buy anything. That's totally fine...but as a list owner who wants to make money, you're responsible for getting as many readers to take your offers as possible.
