Blog Bullies - What Gives?
Seems like I have another resident blog bully. This one doesn't like that I post photos on my personal blog. Shame on me!
Last time I had a blog bully, I had to refer him to this site (warning, naughty language on that link). Perhaps the new bully and any other lurking blog bullies would like to check it out too.
But seriously bullies, what gives? It's okay to disagree with people and share opinions on their blogs, but would you say the same mean-spirited things to the blog owners if you were standing face-to-face? What would your mama say if she knew?

OMG, thanks for the laugh, I needed that. Love the link.
Thank you Alice - just had to bookmark that link! Have a great week, and keep those personal photos comin'!

Alice, that links a HOOT!
I think you should make up a real ebook for that site, just for these bullies. You asked him what his mama would say. I'll bet that's part of the problem. Excuse my language for the moment but I'll say this as a Sweetie. I think his mama never potty trained XXXXX and he just XXXX wherever he wants! LOL!
(Note to Brea from Alice - I really appreciate the feedback. Thank you! I know I linked to a site with some foul language, but prefer to keep it a bit more squeaky clean right here, so I edited some of your comment)
I think I've met this guy and yeah... he was just as much of an bore in person.
Funny, most of the female posters here assume that the anonymous person is a man (and it might be).
But I actually thought those comments sounded kind of "catty". So, read into that what you will.

That's funny, Marvin...because I was going to post the same thing. I felt like it was a woman too.
My previous blog bully was a man, but he was very different. In the end, we turned him around and he gave what he said was his real name.
As far as this one goes, still am unsure. I'm assuming it's the person who also didn't like me posting photos of my boys.
But come on, Marvin. Men can be cats too! ;-)
Hi Alice, can men be "catty?" Absolutely! LOL
I just felt compelled to stick up for the guys on the blog, since we don't know the gender of the obnoxious poster for certain. You know, just a food for thought kind of thing.
Anyway, keep up the good work. This male really enjoys your blog. Blog Bullies in any size, shape or gender should get a Prada heel right in the groin!
Best Wishes, Marvin
'mug' just sounds like a word a guy would use... doesn't it?
Interesting point, Kelly.
All right - we need a professional analyst to come in and determine whether the bully is female or male.
Or...he/she could just tell us who he/she is!
I must be missing something here... where is the post? I remember the one a while back where that guy (or girl) was going on about you brushing your kids hair or something like that, LOL.
Never mind, just saw it on the one of your picture. The wording "mug" does sound more like a guy.
But most guys don't usually go around insulting women like that for no reason, that's something another woman would do, LOL. So if it's a guy he really needs to change his ways!
Nice photo BTW, I like the glasses they look like mine :-)
Mila - To satisfy your curiosity, the comments are on two posts where I added photos.

I think it was Kelly,
TRYING TO make it sound like a man.
teh heh!
I would agree your latest "bully" definitely sounds female. To be honest, I've seen real blog bullying, and what you've got is not a big deal. It's just a somewhat insecure female with some things in her past which cause her to have some animosity when certain things come up... maybe her dad thought she was an ugly child, so she doesn't like cute kids, or maybe her husband cheated on her with someone who looked like you, so she doesn't like you.
Regardless of the reason, my advice would be to let it go...
If your blog is open for comments, then its an open forum and some people will show their ugly side.
On the other hand...IMO, if the comment is going to reflect negatively on yourself or your business, then you're perfectly justified in deleting their comment...after all it is YOUR business blog.
In the case of your bully, its obvious that the comment will only serve to make the bully look bad, so I would concur with your decision to leave them.
However, it IS just downright annoying... two comments is not a big deal, but if she started doing that on every post it would seem more like an intentional effort to trash your blog. If that were the case, I'd just delete 'em
My 2 cents ;)
Some people just have too much time on their hands.
I've always liked that your blog showed your personality and some fun pictures, Alice. Keep up the good work!
Well, what do you know!
The alter ego wich you like to call "shithead" registered his "nasty language" domain using
InternetBasedMoms.com
LOL...it looks like we have a detective among us! To be fair, sweet & sour, the InternetBasedMoms.com domain site has hundreds of clients. I don't own all the domains registered there.
sweet&sour, Many int martg gurus suggest having multiple domains and minisites. Why limit yourself to a just a couple of domains? Let me suggest a couple more for you! How about:
internetmarketingasshole.org and
internetdickheadsweetie.info
I believe that asshole.com is already taken. lol! Could you also tell us the domain name that you registered at Internet Based Moms?!
We might like to visit sometime.lol! Is it under construction? Is it a blog site?
