I was inspired by your entry about not thinking I can do it myself instead. I am going to write a todo list and assign a lot of those things to my V.A. today.
Your report was gold as usual Alice. I'm outsourcing as much as I'm comfortable with right now. I outsource:
- editing of my podcast
- content management
- article and P.R. distribution
- graphic design
- transcription
I'm also delving into outsourcing more writing using ghostwriters.
My next big thing is to hand over email and customer service. Working on it. Babysteps!
