Order Pizza Online - Thanks Pizza Hut!

Tonight my husband said that we should order Pizza Hut (we already had dinner and the kids are asleep) and I was thinking, "Nah...there's plenty of food in the fridge".

But I went over to PizzaHut.com and saw this:

I was pretty excited, but then I realized I was at the American Pizza Hut website. I figured if I went to the Canadian one, they wouldn't have the same online ordering option. We Canadians just don't buy as much stuff online.

But PizzaHut.ca didn't let me down:

I signed up for my free account and made my first order. How cool is that? I didn't have to ask the phone operator a thousand questions and I could choose all the options on all the items we ordered.

Nice going, Pizza Hut. Now if only Safeway could follow suit. They deliver in Arizona, California, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington and Washington D.C....please deliver to British Columbia, Canada too!

I do believe that you can now buy groceries, and sell them as an affiliate via Amazon.

I wonder if they will just deliver a Snickers Bar?

I got the munchies right now!

That is so cool, I just checked and they can't locate my address, I think we are just outside the delivery zone. Darn. That would have been great. The other online ordering places we have via Luluslist are not up to speed on it, you still have to call and make sure they got it and usually, they have no idea what you are talking about.

That's what sucks about living in Saskatchewan. Even if all the other provinces have a service, Sask is usually left out. We'll probably be the last ones able to order Pizza Hut online.

I love Swiss Chalet!

Barbara - make sure you enter your address in different ways, if appropriate. My street name is a number and a letter and when I put a space in it, it didn't work. When I put the number and letter together, they found me!

Jason, I don't think Amazon.ca delivers food. In fact, they only really deliver books, CDs and DVDs. I'm tell you, we Canadians don't get to order much online if it doesn't come from South of the Border.

Kelly, I'm sorry for your loss.

Cassie, maybe it's time to move West. ;-)

Carrie, we don't have Papa Johns, but I've seen the commercials. Don't you have to bake it after you get it. I imagine it's very fresh, but you gotta wait for it to bake and cool off a bit. Not sure I have the patience! Hee hee.

I was SO spoiled in Virginia with the grocery delivery -- well worth the delivery charge and the food was fresher...

I love ordering my Pizza Hut online, too! You can go over all the options and actually 'see' them - and if a kid comes runnin' up behind you in the middle of it begging you to change this or that, you can all discuss - maybe even change it, without having to keep some teenager on the phone for 20 minutes cussin' you under his breath! LOL!
When they first started it, they would call you to confirm it - and that was kind of a bummer - kind of 'what's the point'...ya know? But they don't call to confirm anymore.
Hubby's always saying - why don't you just pick up the phone and call them?! He just doesn't get it! Heehee

Nope...not an affiliate, but I think they do owe me some cash!

I was actually disappointed with the Canadian ordering process because when the driver arrived, he still had to get an imprint of my card and have me sign. I thought I'd ordered online!!
